• Account data such as name, email address, organization, and sign-in metadata.
• Learning data such as enrollments, lesson progress, assessment results, capstone status, and issued credentials.
• Operational data such as support messages, security logs, device/browser metadata, and coarse usage events needed to run the service.
• Billing and contract data when a learner, employer, or partner purchases access.

• Provide courses, assessments, learner progress, and verifiable credentials.
• Operate authentication, access control, security monitoring, support, and fraud prevention.
• Report aggregate learning outcomes to sponsoring organizations where an employer or institution provides access.
• Improve course quality and product reliability using aggregate or minimized data where practical.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, database, email, payment, analytics, and learning-record infrastructure. Subprocessor names, regions, and notices must be finalized before production launch.

Account and learning records are retained while an account or customer contract is active. Credential verification records may be retained longer to preserve public verification unless revoked, expired, or deletion is legally required. Deletion and export requests can be sent to privacy@nextdegrees.com.

Next Degrees may process data in countries where its infrastructure and subprocessors operate. Any production launch that serves regulated markets must confirm applicable transfer mechanisms, including GDPR and Egypt Personal Data Protection Law requirements where relevant.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of personal data by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for security, credential integrity, accounting, or legal obligations.
