You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use Next Degrees only for lawful learning, assessment, and credential-verification purposes.

• Course content is provided for education and professional development, not regulated professional advice.
• Assessments must be completed honestly and without impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or tampering.
• Next Degrees may revoke, suspend, or correct credentials when fraud, error, or policy violation is discovered.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Next Degrees the limited rights needed to host, process, assess, support, secure, and display that content within the service.

You may not attack the service, scrape private data, bypass access controls, upload malware, infringe intellectual property, or use the platform to harm learners, customers, or third parties.

This early LMS is provided as an evolving product. Features, courses, pricing, and policies may change, and production commitments should be handled in a signed order form or master agreement.
